Gaitworks was founded by two experienced professionals who bring together deep expertise in technology and finance, creating a strong foundation for delivering innovative, high-quality business solutions.
Rajiv Thakur is a co-founder with a Master's degree in Computer Science from a prestigious university in New York. He brings more than two decades of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, and managing high-performing teams across multiple countries. His expertise in building scalable technology solutions, driving innovation, and solving complex business challenges enables our teams to think creatively, embrace new technologies, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
Hemant Thakur, our co-founder, is a Chartered Accountant and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior finance leadership positions, developing extensive expertise in financial strategy, regulatory compliance, financial due diligence, risk management, and business transformation. His strategic leadership and industry knowledge provide invaluable mentorship, empowering our professionals to navigate complex financial environments and deliver trusted, value-driven solutions to clients worldwide.
