Gaitworks is a dynamic and growing organization that started in 2019. Our mission is to deliver exceptional software and financial services with a commitment to integrity, accuracy, and personalized attention. We aim to be a trusted partner in navigating the complexities of software and financial management, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best while we handle your software and financial needs for you. We wanted to set a new, high standard and work as consultants, solving our client's problems. We continue to build ourselves and strive for excellence in everything we do.

Founders and Partners

Gaitworks has been established by two founders.
Our first founder holds a Master’s in Computer Science from a prestigious New York university and has over two decades of experience in software development and team management across continents. His technical acumen and innovative approach to problem-solving will empower you to push boundaries and think creatively.

Our second founder is a Chartered Accountant and US CPA with over 21 years in the financial services industry, specializing in finance leadership roles. His deep understanding of financial strategy and compliance will provide you with invaluable insights and mentorship, helping you navigate complex financial landscapes.

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our staff from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together after carefully analyzing candidates and making sure they match the team including having them participate in a Behavioral interview round to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
